– (7.4 TTML alternative text proposal added in draft003 22th March, shorten text & removal of table after remove Skolt Sami specific characters for TTML)
– Annex K (ISO10646 BMP “UTF-8” characters), clean up of table, now only the Skolt Sami specific characters remains in table for SI text strings.
