Per T proposal continued from draft007 – section 6.2.4.1 AC-4 decoding about multiple substreams and 6.12.6 and 6.12.7 word substream.

Continue from draft013 – 6.2.4.1 AC-4 Encoding all experiences/presentations targeting one language must be within same AC-4 , 6.4.2 Audio SI for audio type – tried to make it generic for non-NGA and NGA and remove duplicate text (6.6.4.2 and 12.6.8), 6.6.4.8 Audio SI for EIT – propose to remove since duplicate with 12.4.8.

Draft012 Per T continued drafting from Stephans draft proposal draft011, accepted markup to easier see latest changes, section 6.5.4.5 and 12.6.11 very similar and overlapping therefore propose to move/merge/keep 12.6.11, added 12.6.11 into draft document, 6.11.5 updated to align text w IRD spec,
