First complete draft (“95%” ready) and it includes: video draft 021, audio draft 010, subtitling draft 009, API draft 002, other draft005, plus late proposal for: DVB-S2X (ch3.2), SI Simulcast signalling (12.3.4) and SI for HEVC service (component descriptor) (12.3.6). Proposed changes from Anders B and Lars H into chapters: 5.4 minor re-struct. text, 5.5 Major changes to all related to HEVC & HDR colorimetri, 5.10 a few wiords added, 5.14 completly rewritten, 8.6.1.1 a few words added, 8.6.1.2 Rewritten, 8.6.2 Reviewed and cleanup, some explanations and ref.

Inputs from Anders B and Lars H (2017-07-07) for coming meeting 13 July. Changes in 5.1 General, 5.4 resolution scaling, 5.5 Colorimetry, 5.10 Video Output, 5.11 Restrictions on analogue and new 5:14 Graphic compositing with HDR video. Remaining to-do after summer vacations for Lars + Anders is ch8.6.2.

Drafting during NorDig Video group meeting 29th June 2017. Changes compared to draft015, header 5.5.2, reformulation 8.6.1 (iDTV HDMI input from proposed optional back to mandatory)

Updated proposal from Anders Berglund, input to Video group meeting 29th June 2017. Updates in this draft are text proposal for colorimetri chapter 5.11 and the analogue I/O chapter 8 (moving text about analogue requirement out of HDMI chapter).
