  Samsung's input proposal for dynamic HDR. Samsung has sent input proposal to chair (Per Tullstedt) 16th June 2020, but e-mail for some strange reasons was not received by Per Tullstedt (might have been stopped by FW or similar reason). Samsung/Guillaume re-sent e-mail during NorDig T meeting 1st Sep 2020. Document contains major changes to compared to previous drafts. Documents content was not discussed at NorDig T meeting 1st Sep 2020 (too short time for other to read and prepare).
