  Main updates compared to draft008 are:
  - NGA has been removed Ch1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 16 (postponed to next Excom meeting/next IRD spec update, waiting Excom decision)
  - HbbTV, changed from mandatory for all HEVC IRDs to mandatory for HEVC iDTVs (Excom decision).
  - Ch 3.2 DVB-S2X, optional (recommended) for all NorDig HEVC IRDs and new –S2X text now more similar formulation/wordings as the old –S and –S2 (Excom decision).
  - Ch 3.2.8 DVB-S2X table 3.2, C/N sensitivity performance, instead of referring to ideal/theoretical performance values stated in DVB/ETSI, now a column added to table 3.2 with NorDig -S2X values with a reasonable margin to “theoretical” DVB/ETSI values, i.e. similar as we have for –S and –S2.
  - Ch6.10 Clean audio, this very old clean audio was in draft008 proposed to be replaced by NGA dialogue enhancement. Now when removing NGA, techn and audio group still propose to remove this old optional requirement for clean audio (new).
  - Ch7 subtitling, TTML (for HEVC IRDs) get a 2year grace period (Excom decision).
  - Ch8.6.4 + ch12.6 HDCP, removal of NorDig proprietary PMT descriptor to control HDCP (only keep HDCP may be control via CA system), not reported to be used anymore. Most modern IRDs have today HDCP always on. Old NorDig proprietary signalling had its value in the early days of HDMI 2006/2008 (Excom decided to draft this removal, waiting NRK/RiksTV approval).
  - Ch12, 13, DVB-S2 satellite delivery descriptor added (missing) plus DVB-S2X satellite delivery descriptor added (new)
  - Ch12.6.3 component/video priority inside one service, added HEVC (missing smaller item from NorDig HEVC commercial requirements SI-3, Excom decision)
  - Figures/illustrations (most of them) been updated to new look.
